Date of Event: December 8, 2012
Posted: December 6, 2012
GRANVILLE, Ohio—This Saturday, Dec. 8, Snapshots lounge and restaurant (925 River Road) will donate 25 percent of its proceeds to benefit Elizabeth’s Hope, a nonprofit with the goal of finding a cure for rare and inoperable brain tumors. Elizabeth’s Hope was founded by the friends, family and doctors of Liz Minter, a member of the Denison class of 2013, who succumbed this past May to gliomatosis cerebri, an aggressive, rare and inoperable brain tumor. Minter herself was a founder of the organization, which accepts direct donations at http://elizabethshope.com. She hoped that she could affect a positive change for others with her condition in the future. For more information, contact Meg Cronin at mcronin33@gmail.com or visit www.denison.edu.
