Denison Museum to host Family Day and book-making workshop

GRANVILLE, Ohio—The Denison Museum will host a Family Day event at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 20, in the Denison Museum in Burke Hall (241 West College Street). The museum will offer a book-making workshop along with other family-friendly events. Refreshments will be served and all ages are welcome. This event is free and open to the public. In association with the exhibition “Druckworks: 40 Years of Books and Projects” by Johanna Drucker, the students of Denison University’s artists books class will conduct a one-day workshop for ages six to 18. This free class will teach cool and simple book binding processes that have been used by artists of all disciplines to work with the book as a form of art. All materials will be provided.
