Percussion Day at Denison

GRANVILLE, Ohio—Denison University’s second annual Percussion Day, featuring two workshops and a concert, will take place on Saturday, Feb. 2, in Burke Hall (240 West Broadway), all events are free and open to the public. The concert, directed by Seth Rogers, will feature Russell Burge on vibes, Jim Rupp on drums, the Gamelan Dwara Udyani and the Latin Ensemble and will take place at 7 p.m. in the Burke Recital Hall. The workshops will take place in the Rehearsal Room of Burke Hall: a 2 p.m. workshop with Russell Burge and a 3 p.m. workshop with Jim Rupp. For more information, contact Pamela Hughes at 740-587-6220 or visit www.denison.edu.
