Ruth Millikin, professor of philosophy at the University of Connecticut, will present a lecture, “A Different Model for Empirical Concepts,” at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, March 4, in the lecture hall of the Burton D. Moran Center (150 Ridge Road). The lecture, sponsored by the Department of Philosophy, is free and open to the public.
