Denison Independent Theatre presents “Smudge”

GRANVILLE, Ohio—The student-run Denison Independent Theatre Association presents the dark comedy “Smudge,” over three days, Friday through Sunday, Feb. 15, 16, 17, in the Ace Morgan Theatre (211 West College Street). The Friday and Saturday performances take place at 8 p.m. and the Sunday performance takes place at 3 p.m. All performances are free and open to the public. “Smudge,” is written by two-time Emmy Award winner Rachel Axler, who worked on “Parks and Recreation” and “The Daily Show.” The play is about the changing face of the American family and the limits of love and cheesecake, as a hopeful young couple gives birth to a smudge.
