Bluegrass Ensemble Presents Spring Concert

Andy Carlson and Casey Cook will direct the spring Bluegrass Ensemble at 8 p.m. on Saturday, April 5, in the Burke Recital Hall (240 West Broadway). Carlson is renowned, both in the local community and in the music community, as a violin musician and teacher in classical and fiddle traditions. Cook is a recording artist and bluegrass guitar instructor at Denison known for his flatpicking style. Carlson and Cook have collaborated on previous bluegrass ensembles. The concert is free and open to the public.
