Denison Student Composers Present Concert

The Denison University Student Composers Concert will be held at 8 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 5, in Burke Recital Hall (240 West Broadway), under the direction of Paul Leary. The concert is free and open to the public.

The concert will feature works from the chamber orchestra, chorus and piano with special performances by a number of student composers, including Bryan Blaskie, Sarah Plunkett, Yu Itaka, Jon Ross, Ryan Vela, Nate Asman, Carroll Wallace, Brian Crush and Robert Flax.

Leary is a visiting professor in the music department who teaches composition. This will be Leary's first concert as director at Denison.
