Sustainability Day at Denison

GRANVILLE, Ohio—Denison University will join the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education (AASHE) in celebrating National Campus Sustainability Day on Wednesday, Oct. 24. Several events will take place, many of which are free and open to the public. The capstone event is the Sustainability Fair, which will take place at 4 p.m. on the Academic Quadrangle. During the fair, various campus organizations including members of the Denison Sustainability Fellows, Denison Community Association, the Environmental Studies Program, People Endorsing Agricultural Sustainability and the Green Team will discuss their upcoming events and participants will create a “wall of sustainability” to artistically highlight the social, economic and environmental components of sustainability.
