Denison University Suzuki Program holds student recital and parent informational meeting

GRANVILLE, Ohio— The Denison University Suzuki program will hold a student recital at 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 15, in the auditorium of Herrick Hall (500 West Loop), followed by an information session in the same location. Suzuki instruction is offered in piano, violin, viola, cello and flute for students ages 3 to adult. The recital and information program are free and open to the public. The Suzuki Method teaches music to children according to a program developed by Shinichi Suzuki. Suzuki believed that any child can develop musical ability and other lifelong skills with the help of the child’s parent and a skilled teacher.
