Suzuki Program to hold recital

GRANVILLE, Ohio—Denison University’s Suzuki Music Program will hold a recital at 3 p.m. on Sunday, March 17, in the rehearsal room of Burke Hall (240 West Broadway). The recital is free and open to the public. Suzuki instruction is offered in cello, flute, piano, viola and violin for students ages three to adult. The Suzuki Method teaches music to children in a program developed by Dr. Shinichi Suzuki, who believed in fostering the potential in every young person. Suzuki believed that any child who is properly trained can develop musical ability.
