Woodwind Festival at Denison

GRANVILLE, Ohio—Denison University’s music department will present a Woodwind Festival with events taking place all day on Saturday, March 2. The festival will feature special guests Katherine Borst Jones, flute; Michele Fiala, oboe; John Kurakawa, clarinet; and Christopher Weait, bassoon. · 9:30 a.m. Denison University Woodwind Faculty Quartet mini-recital

· 9:45 a.m. Woodwind Ensemble rehearsal led by Antoine Clark

· 11:30 a.m. Sessions with Denison University Woodwind Faculty

· 1:30 p.m. Guest Artist Recital featuring special guests Katherine Borst Jones, flute; Michele Fiala, oboe; John Kurakawa, clarinet; and Christopher Weait, bassoon

· 2:30 p.m. Guest Artist master classes

· 3:45 p.m. Solo Competition Winners Recital

· 4:30 p.m. Grande Finale Performance with the Woodwind Ensemble
