Accessing Midterm & Final Grades Online

To All Denison Students: The Registrar's Office will no longer be printing midterm or final grades.

Important Notes
  • Midterm grades do not necessarily represent 50% of the final mark or even 50% of the work. Oftentimes classroom discussion and other subjective elements are not included in the mid-semester grade.
  • If you need verification of grades for insurance purposes, you are able to print the screen on which your grades appear. We can complete a verification letter, verifying that you are in good standing and when you graduate.
  • From this point you will be expected to access your pre-registration results and your midterm and final grades utilizing this electronic system. You are expected to use myDenison regularly. If you do not use it regularly please inquire about activating this portal immediately with Computing Services.
Accessing Grades

Please follow the below instructions to access your schedules and midterm and final grade:

  • Log on to Web4Student through myDenison.
  • Select Student & Financial Aid (the first link under the welcome greeting)
  • For Midterm and Final grades, select Student Records. On the Student Records screen, select either Midterm Grades or Final Grades.
Next you will need to select the term using the drop down box. For example, this current semester, you want Fall Semester 2006. Your Midterm grades will then visible. You may confirm the correct term by looking at the first box under Student Information. Please note: Midterm grades are displayed for the term selected.

Note: Midterm marks should be reported for first year and sophomore students. Juniors and seniors might receive a midterm mark if your performance is considered worrisome by your instructor. Midterm grades are not assigned to all courses. If a midterm grade does not display for a course, the instructor has not assigned one.
