Miscellaneous Petitions Form

On the advice of the Registrar, students may petition the Registrars Advisory Board for exceptions to rules concerning academic policies and procedures. However, the Board will consider only those petitions that are submitted sufficiently far in advance so that, if denied, the petitioner will still have time to remedy the deficiency by suitable re- scheduling or other appropriate action. The decision of the Registrars Advisory Board is final. The form (which must be completed online and printed out) is used to request fee modifications, general education modifications and substitutions, and incompletes.

All Miscellaneous Petitions must be typed and signed by at least two persons, one of which should be your advisor.
