Re-enrollment Following Medical Withdrawal

Students who have withdrawn for medical reasons need to show improvement/stabilization of the medical issues and provide professional documentation regarding their health and the factors/treatments about which Denison medical personnel should be aware.  Re-enrollment requests should be addressed to:
