Defensive Driving Course

Drivers of Denison University owned/leased or rented vehicles (this includes golf carts) are required to successfully take the Defensive Driving test and pass the motor vehicle records check.

To complete this process, click below to view the Power Point Presentation of the Defensive Driving Course. After completing the presentation, instructions will be available for taking a test and scheduling a road test.

After successful completion of the above requirements, a Defensive Driving Card will be issued allowing the holder of this card to drive University vehicles.

Please plan ahead. It will take approximately two weeks from beginning to end to complete the defensive driving program. The road tests will be given every other Tuesday evening and Friday afternoon during the academic school year. If you have any question contact Don Roach, Security Officer/Defensive Driving Program Coordinator.
