The nurse at WhislerHallHealthCenter or the Emergency operator is trained to provide guidance as to how serious the situation is and the best means of transportation to the HealthCenter. The nurse will know if an Emergency squad is needed, or if Campus Security should transport you to the HealthCenter. During the Fall and Spring semesters, the HealthCenter is open 24 hours a day. The Center is closed during college holidays and summer. The head residents are trained in minor first aid and have first aid kits available.
