Mail Services

Delivery Schedule

We pick up from the U.S. Post Office each day at approximately 9:00 A.M.

This mail is sorted each day between 9:00 A.M. - 12:00 Noon.

Metered mail is dispatched to the U.S. Post Office one time a day at 3:15 P.M.

Non-Profit Bulk Rate Dispatch

We deliver non-profit bulk rate mail to the U.S. Post Office by 3:15 P.M. each day. Three to five working days are required for processing and one to two weeks for addressee delivery.

Delivery Service on Campus

Delivery Times are estimates: they will fluctuate according to the volume of mail. All departments that have more than five boxes of supplies at once need to contact Mail Services to arrange for delivery time.

Morning delivery schedule:

8:10 am -- Take New York Times to the Bookstore and Burton Morgan 3rd floor faculty lounge
8:20 am -- Leave for the Granville Post Office
9:30-10:00 am -- Slayter (Bookstore, SAO, Religious Life, Service Learning)
9:30-10:00 am -- Computing Center, Library 5th floor
9:45-10:00 am -- Marriott, (Curtis East) Service Center
9:45-10:15 am -- Music. Dance, Theatre, Art, Cinema and Monomoy
10:00-10:30 am -- Admissions, Financial Aid
10:15-10:45 am -- Athletics 1st and 2nd floor
10:30-11:00 am -- Physical Plant
11:00-11:30 am -- Conference Services

Afternoon Delivery

1:00-1:15 pm -- Pick up The Advocate and Columbus Dispatch at Taylor's Drugstore
1:15-1:45 pm -- Burton Morgan (Alumni, Public Affairs, Bob Seith, Vail Arts, Career Services)
1:45-2:00 pm -- Security, Switchboard
2:00-2:15 pm -- Physical Plant, Ohio Campus Compact
2:15-2:30 East Quad Service Center, Whisler, Counseling Center
2:30-3:00 Make other deliveries

The mail leaves for Granville Post Office at 3:15 P.M. sharp.
