Section IX. Interpretation and Revision

Any question of interpretation of the Student Code of Conduct or other University policy shall be referred to the Vice President for Student Affairs or his or her designee for a final determination.

The Student Code of Conduct shall be reviewed every three years under the direction of the Vice President for Student Affairs or his or her designee.
