Application Guidelines
ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE TYPED. You may attach a separate sheet of paper detailing your plan for the project and activity and your budget if you would prefer.
For Individual Projects
Applications are to be completed and submitted by the student.
- Complete the Application for The Horizon Fund-Individual Project [pdf] and submit to Jenny Pearlman in Doane, 103.
- If funding is approved, contact Jenny Pearlman for information about travel reservations and funding disbursement.
For Group Projects
Applications are to be completed and submitted by the faculty or staff group leader.
- Complete the Application for the Horizon Fund - Group Application [pdf] and submit to Jenny Pearlman in Doane 103.
- If funding is approved, contact Jenny Pearlman to have funds disbursed to a departmental account.
