Selection Procedures

Proposals will be reviewed by the Horizon Fund Board, which is comprised of two general and one teaching faculty. In approving the request, the Board will establish a due date for the student's report. The Board will meet monthly from August through May. Proposals will be considered on a rolling basis until funds are exhausted.
