Family Information Form for First-Year Parents

Welcome to Denison and the Denison family!

We are delighted that your son or daughter will soon be joining us as a member of the first-year class.

We want to make sure you receive all parent mailings, so please fill out our Family Information Form available at the link below through online submission. Please include grandparents' names and addresses if they would like to receive campus news as well.
