Aasif Mandvi, correspondent on The Daily Show

This afternoon, we’ve got news on the fake news that reports on the real news. Got it?

At Slayter Auditorium last night, Aasif Mandvi, correspondent on Jon Stewart’s The Daily Show, offered up a lecture titled “Behind the Scenes of the REAL Fake News.” But, since we’re talking Daily Show, you know this “lecture” was anything but boring and dry. In fact, as our photo gallery shows, the packed house shed more than a few tears of laughter.

The Denison Democrats sponsored the free event, which was open to the public.
