As an octogenarian, (born 1926) in Greeley Colorado, I have enjoyed prior tidbits about Horace Greeley. I have not yet read his new Life Story book, but hope to do so. Horace has been a more significant part of US history than I had realized! Glad he was on the planet for so many of us to appreciate.

As a graduate of Horace Greeley High School (Chappaqua, NY) and DU 1981, I thrilled that Horace is finally getting the recognition he deserves!

My oldest two college grads are both History majors, and there is a possible third one in the making. I really can't nag them to turn off the TV when they are glued to the History channel (well, maybe not exclusively)

Looking forward to a good read!

Mitchell Snay was one of my favorite professor's ever at Denison --- loved his Civil War and Reconstruction class -- so I'm so pleased to read about this book and its interesting subject. He always made the subjects come alive and I'm grateful for his guidance many years ago!
