		<description>Very true points. Also try to make it fun, there are some mobile apps out there to help with specific goals. I use &quot;Big Change&quot; on my iPhone and it allows me to track progress as it happens and share my commitments and accomplishments on Facebook and Twitter.</description>

I hope the Denison Faculty and Staff will remember that we have a Denison Wellness Program that can assist with any health and wellness dream or goal you have for the upcoming year.
