And the 2012 D-Day artist is … singer Mike Posner.

The Denison Campus Governance Association (DCGA) announced the annual concert tradition in style thanks to a lip dub video featuring Posner’s “Cooler Than Me.” The video, which starts on the third floor of Slayter and slowly winds down to the Academic Quad, is the collective effort of 11 students on the D-Day Committee. Each member, in the distinguishable blue D-Day shirt, was in charge of choreography and recruitment. The Hilltoppers, the Denison Dance Team, and the folks from Campus Leadership and Involvement all make appearances, and there are a few special cameos toward the end.

So sit back, enjoy the fun, and count down the days until November 10, when you’ll be singing along in person.
