Who wants to be a millionaire?

Congratulations are in order for recent Denison graduate Alex Parker ’12 of Prospect, Ky., who won a piece of last week’s record-setting Powerball drawing. Although Parker didn’t win the big jackpot, he didn’t fare too poorly either, taking home a cool million. After law school, Parker says he’d like to start a business with his sudden influx of cash. This makes plenty of sense, considering that he was a founding member and two-time president of the Entrepreneurship Club on campus. In the above video, Parker talks about how he chose the winning numbers and even gives Denison a quick shout-out.

I didn’t know Alex while at Denison, but he seems like a good guy with a good sense of what he will do with his winnings.
