DEN SHOTS:

What’s the best kind of New Year’s resolution? Why not do something for someone else? This sign, currently posted in a Higley Hall window at the Alford Center for Service Learning, gives a glimpse into service at the college. Last year, Denison Community Association service projects, curricular service-learning, and one-day events accounted for a whopping 34,280 volunteer hours. So stop on by the Alford Center to see what you can do for others in 2013. For starters: Big Red’s Big Day of service, with students, faculty, and staff spread out all over the local area doing good deeds, is coming up on Saturday, March 30.
