Compensation PDQ Project
Thank you to those staff members who have completed and submitted the Position Description Questionnaire (PDQ).
The deadline has been extended to Thursday, Dec. 22, 2022, for all staff members to complete their PDQ. Please remember that the questionnaire should take approximately 20–30 minutes to complete.
In addition, the review process for supervisors has been extended to Monday, Jan. 20, 2023.
A few reminders:
Staff members can access their Position Description Review questionnaire by clicking here.
- Academic Administrative Assistants, please use this link to access the AAA PDQ.
- Staff members will have until December 22, 2022 to complete their questionnaire, which will automatically be submitted to their supervisor.
- Supervisors will have until January 20, 2023 to review the questionnaire and complete their section.
- Supervisors also will complete their own questionnaire and process with their supervisor or appropriate member of Senior Staff during this time.

A MyDenison page has been created to provide resources to assist you in completing the Position Description Review Questionnaire. This includes recordings of the staff and supervisor Q & A sessions about the questionnaire. They may be helpful if you missed the in-person sessions or simply as a review of the information.
