In keeping with tradition, creative writing and dance double major Hailey Bruce ’16 managed to go four years without stepping on the seal. While most students shuffle around or sidestep the landmark to avoid bad luck, Bruce followed the superstition with a little more elegance — one grand jeté for every year. Now that’s commitment.
