From Wide, Flat (Galactic) Disks to Wide, Flat (Pizza) Disks
“After graduating from Denison, I made the choice to attend grad school with the intention of pursuing a professorship. Ultimately, I chose not to continue to a post-doc and, instead, joined Domino’s in the private sector. In this talk, I’ll enumerate the skills I developed along my journey and how they impact my day-to-day work, and discuss how/why I considered various job offers (within academia and industry). Furthermore, I’ll briefly touch on my advice for finding a job that fits your skill set.”
