Beth Jeffries

Beth began her career at Denison in early 2007, serving in both administrative and academic departments. In her most recent role prior to entering the Office of the Provost in 2017, Beth provided administrative support to the Department of Physics & Astronomy as well as serving as the Program Assistant for the Oak Ridge Science Semester.

In her current role in the Provost Office, Beth is the Assistant to the Dean of the Faculty and the Governance Secretary. She also provides additional support to the Associate Provost for Academic Affairs and the Associate Provost for Operations, Planning, and Resource Management.

Amongst her other duties, Beth assists with inquiries regarding faculty professional development funds, Provost budgets, and governance proposals and logistics. She maintains the course catalog in conjunction with the Registrar’s Office and oversees the course information management processes for the university.
